Straightforward terms for consultations, project work, and concierge memberships.
Memberships
Memberships bill monthly or annually and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Included visits and checkups do not roll over between terms.
Scheduling and access
On-site work requires reasonable access to your property and equipment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
Third-party hardware and services
Equipment and software supplied by manufacturers or providers carry their own warranties and terms. We recommend and configure, but do not warrant, third-party products.
Security limitations
No provider can guarantee absolute security. We apply industry best practices to materially reduce risk, and we respond promptly when issues arise.
Payment
Project work is invoiced per the agreed schedule. Memberships are charged automatically to the payment method on file until cancelled.
